Meditation Retreat
One or two-days
Held regularly throughout the year
Pristine awareness is key to embracing life truly as it is. However, our mind often wanders, consumed by past regrets and future worries.
Meditation offers respite, quieting the mind and fostering clarity. By observing arising thoughts without attachment, we find peace and ease. This practice strengthens self-awareness, enabling us to be fully present in our daily lives.
